Each one designed for a specific moment.

Standard meditation programmes give you one long session and hope you find time for it. The Mindful Reset works differently. Four micro-sessions mapped to the brain's natural rhythm throughout the day.

Track 1 · Morning · 3–5 min
The Morning Prime
Beta 12–15Hz

Before the day takes over. Intention setting. Calibrating focus. The science minute explains what part of the brain you are training and why.

Track 2 · Midday · 2 min
The Midday Reset
Alpha 8–12Hz

Clearing the mental cache. Preventing the 3pm wall. Two minutes that prevent an hour of brain fog. The most underused session in the programme.

Track 3 · Evening · 3 min
The Return Home
Theta 5–7Hz

The psychological boundary between work and life. A three-minute ritual that signals to your nervous system that the professional day is over. Built for the person who brings work to the dinner table.

Track 4 · Night · 5–6 min
The Shutdown
Delta 0.5–4Hz

Closing the mental tabs. Quieting the Default Mode Network. A body scan and gratitude practice that gives your brain something settled to land on before sleep.

The binaural frequencies in the background audio guide your brain toward the optimal state for each session. Stereo headphones are required for this effect to work. Without them, the voice guidance still stands alone.

Programme Structure

The 40-day arc.

Four phases. Each building on the last. Beginning with Foundation — the most important work of the programme — and ending with a practice that belongs to you, not to the app.

Days 1–10
Foundation

Building the habit without pressure. Sessions are short. The only goal is to show up. Days 1–7 offer two voice variants — direct and clinical for the pragmatic professional, warm and gentle for the reflective seeker. You choose the version that fits your mind.

What you leave with: a real habit. Ten consecutive days of practice. The first hard evidence that you can do this.

Days 11–20
Deepening

Sessions lengthen slightly. The science becomes more specific — the Default Mode Network, the vagus nerve, the physiological sigh. You begin to feel the difference in your days rather than just in your sessions. The practice has started to work on you between uses.

What you leave with: a noticeable shift in how you respond to pressure. Not perfect. Different.

Days 21–30
Resilience

The tools go to work in real situations. Difficult conversations. The afternoon wall. The moment when you would previously have snapped or checked out. You have something to reach for now — and it works because you have spent 20 days building the underlying capacity.

Integration
