Not a course. Not a mastermind. Something more specific: a sustained, structured, personally supported year in which you take what you are here to create and bring it fully into existence.
You have been avoiding it long enough.

"The business. The book. The course. The creative project. The thing that has been sitting in the background of your life, half-formed, waiting. This year, you build it.
Twenty people. Twenty projects that have been sitting unfinished. One year to build them.
You know this feeling.
You have known it for a while.
The project exists. It has always existed. It lives in notebooks, in saved drafts, in conversations you have had with yourself at 6am. The only thing it does not yet have is a finish line.
You start. Then life happens.
You have launched this project before. January, maybe. Or after a holiday that reminded you what matters. You get two weeks in and the urgency fades, the diary fills, and the project goes back on the shelf. Again.
Another year passes. The shelf gets heavier.
The vision won't sharpen.
You know it is something. A business, a book, a course, a body of work. But every time you try to define it precisely, it slips. The harder you push, the more it blurs. So you wait until it is clearer — and it never quite is.
Waiting for clarity that only building can create.
You wonder who would care.
There is a voice — quiet but consistent — that asks whether what you have to offer is truly valuable. Whether anyone would pay for it. Whether it is too late. Whether you are the right person to build it at all.
The voice wins every time you work alone.
You carry it unbuilt.
The cost of not building is not dramatic. It is quiet. A low-level awareness that something important is sitting unfinished. That the contribution you are here to make has not yet been made. That time, unlike motivation, does not wait.
The longer it waits, the harder it becomes to start.
You belong in this cohort if —
- →You feel a genuine compulsion to build something of valueA business, a book, a course, a community — and you have not yet built it.
- →You don't need a perfect vision to beginWhat matters is the pull, not the plan. The Founders Launchpad builds the clarity.
- →You are willing to be seen in the workBy your Coach, by the group, and eventually by the world. Founders build in the presence of others.
- →You can commit to 12 monthsNot when it is convenient. Consistently, week after week, for the full year.
- →You understand what co-creating meansYour honest feedback is part of what you offer in return for the founding price.
- →You are ready to stop carrying it unbuiltNot someday. This year. With structure, support, and a cohort who will hold you to it.
Not a course. Not a mastermind.
Something more specific.
The Founders Launchpad is a 12-month hybrid 1:1 and group experience for 20 people who feel compelled to build something of genuine value and have not yet built it.
You do not need to arrive with a perfectly formed vision. If you have a direction, a pull, a sense of something that wants to be built, that is enough. The Founders Launchpad gives you the clarity and the practice to develop that vision into something real. What you need to bring is the willingness to do the work, week after week, for a full year.
This is the first cohort. You are not buying a finished program. You are helping create it and that is the point.
A student receives a curriculum.
A Founder co-creates one.
Your experience, your project, and your feedback directly shape the program that follows. Your success story inspires others.
Receives
A fixed curriculum is designed for the many, delivered to you. No influence on what the program becomes. No recognition for what you contributed.
Co-creates
Your challenges become curriculum refinements. Your breakthroughs become case studies. Your completed project becomes the evidence this works.
- →Co-creator statusYour input shapes the final program. Future students benefit from what you helped build.
- →Founding price — $8,100 USDFuture cohorts open at $12,000+. This price will not be offered again.
- →Permanent recognitionYour name in the Founders acknowledgement of every future cohort.
The 12-month arc.
Four pillars. Each with a primary focus, weekly call themes, and a monthly 1:1 milestone. Beginning with the Re-Orientation, the most important clearing work of the year.
Naming the build and clearing what has kept it unbuilt. What is the project, precisely? What has kept it unfinished? What does your daily life need to look like for this to actually happen? Founders who arrive with a vague pull leave this pillar with a named project, a clear scope, a cleared foundation, and a daily practice.
Milestone: A clear project brief — what you are building, for whom, in what form, and by when.
Building in a real life, with real people around you. The middle months are where most projects fail because the initial energy has passed and the life around you has not reorganised itself to support the build. This pillar is designed for exactly that reality: sustaining the build when motivation is not enough.
Milestone: The halfway build review explores what exists, what remains, what has changed about the original scope.
By Month 7, something tangible needs to exist. Not a plan. Not an outline. A completed unit of the build; a chapter, a module, a product, a launch, a first client. This pillar is focused on creating that first milestone and using it to build momentum for the final push.
Milestone: The first public sharing of the work within The Genius Collective community. Witnessed.
Completion, declaration, and what comes next. Not perfecting, you are finishing. A completed project is the commitment, and this pillar is designed to hold that commitment through the inevitable resistance at the edge of completion. The year closes with a Founders Declaration Ceremony on Zoom.
Milestone: Your completed project. Named. Built. Declared in the presence of the cohort.
Everything you need.
A safe, supportive container.
